ZootBat Model Usage Permissions

The Basic Gist

I reserve the right to grant, alter, and revoke permission to use any of the models representing the character ZootBat that I have created!

Definitions

For any following terms of use on this webpage, the following definitions will be used:

1. "Models" means all data representing 2D or 3D models or avatars created by ZootBat and depicting the ZootBat character.
2. "I" and "Me" mean ZootBat, the creator and primary user of the Models.
3. "You" means any individual, corporation, or other entity other than ZootBat.

Allowed Use

1. I may use the Models without restriction aside from those outlined in the Terms of Use for all software and data used in the creation and use of the Models.
2. If I have granted You explicit permission to use any of the Models, You may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
3. I may limit the exact details of the way You may use the Models, including but not limited to the following aspects:
   1. Which Models You may use.
   2. The behaviors and activities You may perform while using the Models.
   3. The time period You may use the Models.
   4. The software platform(s) You may broadcast or present on while using the Models.
4. If not specified at the time I grant You permission to use the Models, the usage of the Models may be assumed to be unrestricted.
5. At any time, I may alter the details of the way You use the Models as outlined above, including revokation of all usage.

Disallowed Use

1. You may not use any of the Models without explicit permission from Me.
2. You may not distribute any of the Models, with our without alterations, to another individual or corporation regardless of permission to use the Models.
